I have become a preacher when it comes to yoga practice. I cannot stress how much it has changed my life. Not only the physical benefits including core strength, toning and flexibility but the mental aspects as well. It has taught me to de-stress through breath and movement, meditation and relaxation techniques. Not to mention that it helps with digestion and sleep! The feeling after a yoga class is pure bliss. I hope these images inspire you as much as they do me. Your body is a temple.... worship it and push it to its limits. It will thank you later. Namaste
