OK GO!

OK GO have done it again. The men who brought us that genius treadmill clip that earned them a Grammy award, are back with yet another innovative idea. And this one involves dogs........who doesn't love puppies?!  I caught up with Damien and Tim earlier in the year and they told me they actually have hundreds of epic video ideas stored in the memory bank.

 So far they have impressed us with every single kooky video they produce and 'White Knuckles,' is no exception! The video was directed by Damien's sister, Trish Sie who also directed and choreographed 'Here it goes again,' (the treadmill video) and was also done in one shot!

Healthy treat

I just purchased a new juicer and I think it has to be the best purchase of the year!  Fresh juice is so easy to make and cleaning the juicer is so simple, you can just throw it in the dishwasher!! 

Basically you can use any fruit or vege combo you like and not only is it super healthy but super tasty as well! The best part is it only takes about 2 minutes to make!

My favourite morning kick start juice is:
2 large carrots
2 beets
3 sticks of celery
2 apples
chunk of ginger

Is this the coolest kid on the planet?!

As if it isn't enough to have the coolest parents/role models in the world and an abundance of opportunities at your feet, Willow Smith has also got superstar talent of her own and she is only 9 years old!!!!!

She makes Justin Beiber look like he is over the hill...... and is already being heavily compared to Rhianna! With an edgy haircut, funky style and an attitude to match Willow Smith is about to take over the airwaves. She has just been signed to Jay Z's record label Roc Nation and is about to release her first single 'I whip my hair.' Which she says is all about being an individual and keeping it real. All pretty big stuff for a 9 year old. Listen to the track below and tell me what you think, personally I think it sounds like a hit!

I feel like the longer I am away from my homeland Australia the more I appreciate and am drawn to our local designers. Chunky jewels are all the rage and Maniamania have hit the nail on the head with their latest collection 'Dust'. Using my favourite combination of turquoise stones, big crystals and gems along with model Bambi Northwood- Blyth this collection is pure heaven!!

Lady Gaga's meat dress she wore to the VMA's last weekend has got every ones tongues wagging.  Animal rights group PETA is clearly offended and stated that she was just performing another media stunt to gain attention. 
Gaga claims it was a protest against the erosion of people’s rights,” and noted if individuals don’t stand up for themselves, they’ll be left with less rights “than the meat on their bones.”

What do you think? Personally I think if she is game (no pun intended) enough to be dressed head to toe in raw meat, she's got guts (lucky she's not wearing them on the outside too!).
