Hydrate with Coconuts!

The water and meat from coconuts has fed and nourished people from all over the world for generations. Coconut is highly nutritious and rich in fiber, vitamins, and minerals and apparently one cup of the coconut water has the same ammount of pottassium as a banana and contains more electrolytes than a bottle of gatorade! This obviously makes it a great post exercise drink great for hydration.


Obviously straight out of the coconut is best but if you cannot find one this is the tastiest sugar free coconut water I have found. It is 100 percent natural and delicious! Perfect after a hot sweaty workout or for me, a yoga session.
